1) take a breathe, stay and then snort violently.
2) decrease your movement so that your heart will be relax.
3) do any exercise that can tightly stretch.
4) change your negative mind to something that more positive.
5) focus on positive things only.
6) use any jokes to recovered your stress.
7) change your environment.
8) go away from something that can make you stress.
9) join any activities that can make you happy.
10) identify your problem and find the problem solving with him.
11) you have to admit that you are facing stress.
12) learn some technique and way how to manage you stress.
13) if your stress doesn't change in 3 weeks, try all of this technique, meet with the specilist and get their helps.

Some of the tips i quite agree and very effective, such as change the negative thinking. If facing a problem we must be positive thinking, it will help us easy to solve the prolblem that we are facing. Hope we all can solve our problem as well as possible.

I aggreed with your tips. Most of people will face a stress in a different way because stress is a very subjective situation towards difficult matters and quite challenging. It depend to the individual how to overcome the problem and stress. When we can overcome it very successful we can feel that live is very beautiful.
