Exam tip....



Final exam is just 2 week to start. Preparing yourself physically and mentally for an exam is just as important as learning the material We are now busy study than ever and one thing that always slipped from our priorities in getting ready for our final exam are Food. Ever heard of "You are what you eat"? Surely our brain need fuel to work out. You must make sure you eat properly before the test, so you can focus on answering questions correctly and not on your hunger pains or fatigue. Here some tips may help us to keep healthy during our final exam:


Step1


  • Eat a well-balanced meal before the actual exam. If your exam is in the morning, give yourself time to eat breakfast. Include protein and fruit to provide energy.


Step2


  • Fill yourself with protein-rich foods like eggs, nuts, yogurt and cottage cheese during breakfast and lunch on the day of the test. The benefits will last throughout the day.

Step3


  • Keep each meal light, as heavy dishes will cause you to be drowsy. Skip dessert if you aren't hungry. The last thing you need is to fall asleep during a test.


Step4


  • Skip the caffeine as a meal substitute. Avoiding caffeine all together (if you normally drink it) may cause headaches, but you shouldn't overdo it. Overdosing on coffee and energy drinks may cause you to become too jittery and then crash. Try green tea as a natural caffeine addition to your diet.


Step5


  • Drink a protein shake, smoothie or other healthy energy drink if you are too nervous to eat. This gives you the energy you need to keep going until you can eat properly.


Step6


  • Keep healthy snacks like protein bars and fruit in your bag to munch on between tests. Keep your energy up without resorting to sugary treats, which may cause quick bursts of energy leading to a crash.

  • Take a multivitamin every day. Omega-3s and B vitamins increase brain functionality, but you also need a full range of nutrients to keep your body healthy.

  • Moderate your drinking during exams. Excessive alcohol causes fatigue, headaches and general lack of focus. Try not to drink at all the night before a test.

  • Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated before and during an exam. Dehydration may cause you to loose focus or feel sick during the test.

What Is Bullying?

Most kids have been teased by a sibling or a friend at some point. And it's not usually harmful when done in a playful, friendly, and mutual way, and both kids find it funny. But when teasing becomes hurtful, unkind, and constant, it crosses the line into bullying and needs to stop.
Bullying is intentional tormenting in physical, verbal, or psychological ways. It can range from hitting, shoving, name-calling, threats, and mocking to extorting money and treasured possessions. Some kids bully by shunning others and spreading rumors about them. Others use email, chat rooms, instant messages, social networking websites, and text messages to taunt others or hurt their feelings.
It's important to take bullying seriously and not just brush it off as something that kids have to "tough out." The effects can be serious and affect kids' sense of self-worth and future relationships. In severe cases, bullying has contributed to tragedies, such as school shootings.
Why Do Kids Bully?

Kids bully for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they pick on kids because they need a victim — someone who seems emotionally or physically weaker, or just acts or appears different in some way — to feel more important, popular, or in control. Although some bullies are bigger or stronger than their victims, that's not always the case.
Sometimes kids torment others because that's the way they’ve been treated. They may think their behavior is normal because they come from families or other settings where everyone regularly gets angry, shouts, or calls names. Some popular TV shows even seem to promote meanness — people are "voted off," shunned, or ridiculed for their appearance or lack of talent.

How to Create Love & Friendship

Love & Friendship is something that does not always come naturally; it has to be created by people. People who are willing to employ love & friendship in their lives will ensure that they do all they can to create them. There are several things that you must do if you want to have good friends who actually love you. The first thing is to be a good friend. The only way that good people can be attracted to you is when you are good and loving. This is the only sure way to ensure that you get what you give. If you are a mean selfish friend, there is no need to be alarmed when you find out that there is no one who would like to be close to you. It really has to start with a change of attitude and behavior. This is not to say that you need to be perfect; we all have some room for improvement. However, there are some major principles that you need to keep in mind if you really want the relationships that will suit you. Love has to grow and in order for it to do so, time must pass. This is to say that time will be paramount for a good relationship to blossom.

Love & Friendship will only grow if you recognize how to utilize the time you have. Just like any other investment, you must ensure that every moment goes into making the relationship stronger. For example, you have to create time from your busy schedule to go out and catch up with potential friends. It is a matter of finding the right time to connect. Weekends are good because this is the time that most people are free to share and reflect. Many people have lost track when it comes to Love & Friendship. This is because a huge chunk of their time goes into their busy work schedules. We forget that the most important thing in life is the people who we are close; those we love. Many die lonely people after marrying their careers and forgetting that all is vain apart from the love of friends that you give and receive. It is wise to think about this critically and ensure that you enrich your life with all the right stuff.

Love & Friendship is what all human beings were built for and apart from creating time, you need to go a step ahead to make your feelings known. If you really admire what other people do, state this clearly and this is the beginning of a relationship based on mutual interest. Remember, you need to choose your friends. There are those friends who will leave you miserable and there are those that will build you. Do not be fooled that you might lack friends if you do not maintain the bad ones. All people have a right to choose the people they want close to their lives. You will choose those friends who are suitable; those that make your life better. Given a choice many would choose those rich friends but sooner or later, they will discover that they need something more.

Vandalism as crime

Private citizens commit vandalism when they willfully damage or deface the property of others or the commons. Some vandalism qualifies as culture jamming or sniggling – it is artistic in nature as well as being carried out illegally or without the property owner's permission. Examples include at least some graffiti art, billboard liberation and possibly crop circles. Criminal vandalism has many forms, graffiti on public property is common in many inner cities as part of a gang culture, however other more devastating forms such as those involved with public unrest, such as rioting, involve the willful destruction of public and private property, Vandalism per se is often considered one of the least serious common crimes, but it can become quite serious and distressing when committed extensively, violently or as an expression of hatred and intimidation.
Motives

Reasoning for such actions can be attributed to anger, envy or spontaneous, opportunistic behaviour – possibly for peer acceptance or bravado in gang cultures, or disgruntlement with the target (victim) person or society. Opportunistic vandalism of this nature may also be filmed, the mentality of which can be akin to happy slapping.The large scale prevalence of gang graffiti in some inner cities has almost made it acceptable to the societies based there – so much so that it may go unnoticed, or not be removed, possibly because it may be a fruitless endeavour, to be graffitied on once again.
Examples.

Examples of vandalism include salting lawns, cutting trees without permission, egg throwing , breaking windows, arson, spraying paint on others' properties, tagging, placing glue into locks, tire slashing, keying (scratching) paint, ransacking a place and flooding someones house by clogging a sink and leaving the water on.

Just keep your pre-bedtime snacking light, and don't eat too much.

Herbs and natural supplements may help to treat your sleep disorder. Do some research before taking any supplements, and know how different supplements act on the body, and your sleep disorder. Iron and folic acid supplements may help with restless leg syndrome. Other herbs are used for other sleep disorders. Some herbs, may help you to relax and fall asleep naturally. Chamomile tea may be relaxing, and help you to fall asleep.

Defining Overweight

When people eat more calories than they burn off, their bodies store the extra calories as fat.
A couple of pounds of extra body fat are not a health risk for most people. But when people keep up a pattern of eating more calories than they burn, more and more fat builds up in their bodies.
Eventually, the body gets to a point where the amount of body fat can have a negative effect on a person's health. Doctors use the terms "overweight" or "obese" to describe when someone is at greatest risk of developing weight-related health problems.As you've probably heard, more people are overweight today than ever before. Experts are calling this an "obesity epidemic." This health problem affects young people as well as adults — one third of all kids between the ages of 2 and 19 are overweight or obese. So younger people are now developing health problems that used to affect only adults, like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and type 2 diabetes.

Obesity is bad news for both body and mind. Scientists have suggested that people with an uncontrollable diet are the victims of stress. Due to the excess in eatables, the metabolism rate of the person decreases. Nutritionists recommend a diet rich in whole grains, fruit land vegetables and low in saturated fat, cholesterol, salt and refined sugar. This proper diet is the basic way to live a healthy life.

2) REGULAR EXERCISE:
For year, depression is linked to an increased risk of heart attack. Exercise is an often overlooked antidepressant and helps the stressed person to live a free and healthier life. 30 minutes of brisk walk at least three times w week help person to be fit and fine.

3) CONTROL YOUR BAD HABITS:
Heavy drinking will lead the person to complete dizziness and then the fat body will lead to death. Smoking is very dangerous for many reasons besides lung cancer and emphysema. The study showed that after sixty minutes smoking, smokers still showed increased levels of cortisone, promotes abdominal fat storage.
Moderate caffeine consumers don't seem to be harmed. But the recent studies suggest that the person who has high blood pressure and the family history of hypertension and drinks a lot of caffeinated coffee while under stress, he may experience a dangerous rise in the blood pressure.

For instance, the latest craze is to keep strange lizards. Many people who buy buy these expensive lizards soon get bored with them. Yet others have pets because their children want them. Of course, many people keep pets simply because they love animals.

If you love animals, keeping a pet has many benefits. Most animals are capable of giving us back love and attention. For example, the dog has been described as man's best friend because it is a faithful companion and is loyal to its master whom it will protect with its life. Animals are also known to be able to help sick children, mentally-disturbed patients, and lonely old people. Pets can give us joy and keep us entertained with their antics. Some dogs, cats and even birds can be taught to perform clever tricks which are very amusing to watch. Looking after pets also teaches us responsibility.

On the other hand, keeping pets has its disadvantages. Looking after a pet is not an easy job. Pets depend on us to feed them, clean them and play with them. Pets can get lost, get hurt or get ill, causing us much worry. Treatment for a sick animal can be expensive.

Personally, I like animals. I have two cats. They give me a lot of joy but they also cause me a lot of trouble. I dislike the job of cleaning their litter tray. But i would not give them up for anything.

KEYS TO HEALTH

To stay healthy, you need to work on four areas-exercise, diet, weight control and good health habits.

Regular exercise is essential for good health. It tones the muscles, strengthens the bones, and makes the heart and lungs work better. Exercise also helps to relieve stress. The most beneficial type of exercise is aerobics. Aerobic exercise, in the form of jogging, cycling and lap swimming, strengthens the heart. It is important to choose a form of exercise you enjoy. It could be dancing or just walking. As long as you do it regularly, you will be fit. People who are fit enjoy life more because they can join in any kind of activity.

To maintain a healthy life, it is necessary to develop good dietary habits. Eat more whole-wheat grains, fruits, vegetables, and fish. Decrease intake of animal protein and fats. Use less salt and take at least 1000 mg of calcium a day. Non-fat milk is a good source of calcium. Do not forget to drink at least seven glasses of water a day. Avoid eating junk food or processed food which is high in sugar or salt content and has little nutritional value.

Developing good health habits is important if you want to keep healthy. Don't smoke, avoid excessive alcohol intake, and keep moderate hours. Go to bed early and wake up early. Work hard and play hard too. Avoid stress by exercising and developing hobbies. Have a positive attitude towards people and work. Half-yearly dental check-ups are also necessary to maintain dental health.

Being overweight can lead to a lot of health problems. You can suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, varicose veins, and gall bladder disease. Weight control requires conscious effort and self-control. Diet and exercise play the most important role in weight control. Make sure exercise is part of your daily programme. Watch the amount and type of food you eat. Complex carbohydrates are important in a healthy diet.

Health is pleasureable; ill health is miserable. There are other threats to health but if you remember the points mentioned above, you should enjoy good health.

I WISH...

I wish you could understand and be here when I cry.
Everything that has happened holds the questions, "why"?
We are trying so hard for absolutely nothing, it seems.
So far apart, both not knowing exactly what it means.
Once a week, or a minute here and there,
You leave me wondering if you even care.
I know that the situation seems hard and impossible for us
But, for some reason, I feel that "us" will turn to a must.
It's only been a few hours since we've been apart
And already I can feel the hole getting bigger in my heart.
"Stop crying, it'll be okay," is what people are continually saying.
But no one understands... this isn't a game I am playing.
Being together is all I can think about,
Like one of those good hits in baseball... but the ball goes out.
This could be a mistake but both of us are so unsure.
I wish someone knew, because I feel so insecure.
Should I keep trying or even think about you?
Because, slowly I can stop crying.
I don't know when this sadness will go away
But... I hope it will stay.
I have to eventually prove to you that I'm worth all your time.
Who am I kidding? I am probably never even on your mind.
Now, I know that isn't true because you always told me you cared.
And I know that is true because of what we will and always share.

FIRST LOVE???



Everyone undergo first love..

For your information, first love is first relationship or attraction of a romantic nature experienced in adolescence. Memories of first love are mostly fond ones but in certain cases, the memories could be highly painful also. Those who had experienced feelings of happiness, enthusiasm, excitement, and pride in their first love are much more likely to have stable, enduring relationships in their later lives. On the other hand, those who went through feelings of shame, guilt, hostility or fright during their first love tend to have weak relationships with others.Even though it is true that we could fall in love any number of times in our life, the memories of first love would always remain fresh and occupy a special place in our hearts.

The first love tends to have a much greater effect on our lives, whether we admit it or not. It is very difficult to be prepared for first love because it is a sudden experience. The emotional experiences that go with first love are very strong. We have to learn to understand them, sort them out and control them. Feelings of passion, elation, sincerity, anxiety, fear all come in a mixed fashion. If the first love ends on a happy note, then it poses no further problems. On the other hand, if the first love fails for any reason, the legacy that it leaves behind could be painful. We have to learn our lessons from that to have much healthier relationships in our later part of life.

We cannot get out of the way to fall in love at first time. In my opinion, to fall in love with someone is such a beautiful moment that we cannot forget for the whole life. For many of us, our first great love occurs sometime between 16 to 21 years of age when we are still young and fresh and optimistic and ready for life. In that moment we are most open to experience and we are also at our most vulnerable. In this moment we may love like we may never love again, at least for quite a while.During that time of first true love we open up ourselves to everything that love can bring us, elation, defeat, passion, sincerity, communication and contact, all on levels we had never experienced before. Our minds store away every small detail as part of our vertical new learning in love and romance and we cannot get enough. But the issue is that it gets taken away. It may be we are making a wise decision, maybe it is we who decides too much too young. It may not be our choice and our eternally loved partner walks away leaving us . But whatever happens and however the end of our first love occurs, it will and does leave whether we like it or not.

Respect to natural at Commonwealth Forest Park

There is a garden where is situated at Rawang, Selangor and the forest have two garden one is Taman Rimba Templer Park and the other is Hutan Lipur Kanching. The Commonwealth Forest Park and Resort are more popular because they obtained many facilities.

The Commonwealth Forest Park has many landscape garden, camping area, chalet, jogging track and road for jungle tracking. This forest park very suitable for a people which loving natural and want far from Cosmopolitan City.

You can also learn how to monitor a horse and this activity is challenging. Beside that, the visitors have opportunity to ride a horse across the road at this forest. Even, the visitor who wants any alternative can try the bicycle activities which can make you happy.

The visitor can also walk along the small river behind the manufacture pool. The visitor also can choose whether to used camp or live in the chalet and they can make many activities such as jungle tracking and make camp fire at night. These activities are exciting and challenging. Then, outside the chalet it has a Restaurant Bamboo Cafe which served many delicious foods. These are the advantages of Taman Rimba Templer and many visitors who came to visit the Commonwealth Forest Park say that, this is the interesting place and they hope that they will visit this place again.

FRUIT

Today, I would like to share with you all some information about fruits. As you may know, fruit is a very healthy food choice. Fruits is important for our health and have more nutrition than others. fruit may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease, lower blood cholesterol levels, reduce risk of heart disease and minimize risk of some types of cancer.
In fact, the charity Cancer Research UK says that if people ate just one apple or orange a day it could cut their risk of dying early from cancer or other diseases by 20 %.Professor Kay-Tee Khaw, one of the principal investigators from Cambridge University, also said: " The findings indicate that modest increases in fruit and vegetable intake of just one or one or two servings a day may be associated with large benefits for health."So, now can you guess what is the truly topic that I will bring today ?? " The topic is Reach the ideal weight with fruit "Ok, I will tell you three main facts about it: 1)nutrition 2)exercise 3)duration
First, i'm going to tell you about the first fact of reach the ideal weight with fruit. That is nutrition.In life, we must concerned about daily fare either have more nutrition or not. That is important to make sure our body health. So, the easy way to get the ideal weight is by taking fruit each day. In order to have the cell of your body funtion properly they have to receive the right nutritious element. So, you now must avoid the wrong nutrition to be health. fruit is one of the right nutrition that must be consume as much as you can. That is because got more nutrition element in fruit. one of its is fiber. Fiber in fruit is the only part of food that makes you feel full without adding calories. You are likely to eat less when you eat fruits. Fruit Fiber Promotes Healthy Weight Loss.The good newsis that oat bran yourn is not your only option. Pangkor Island






In year 2005 until 2007 I am student diploma in Ungku Omar Polytechnic. We planning for holiday at one beautiful island. Here's her story:

It was one years ago, me and my friends went to the beautiful island. I started to plan our 6 months ago for our 3days 2 nights holiday. After 3 months searching for the location, finally Pangkor island came into our mind. I'd found so many websites about Pangkor and what's special in the island.

It was really am amazing place for the vacation. Both of us enjoy ourselves very much on the island. We went for cycling, and had a very relaxing quiet moments. The natural view from the little jetty is so peaceful and we were hard to imagine that we are in such a wonderful place.We went from Ipoh to Lumut by bus. When we reach Lumut, the jetty to Pangkor island is in walking distance. The ferry will stop on another small fisherman village before Pangkor island. The people in Lumut are so kind, when we were about the leave the ferry to the small village, one of the passenger stop us so that we didn't go to the wrong place and end up disappointing holidays.Once we reached the jetty in Pangkor island, the people are so nice. After we had our lunch (kuay tow soup)in one of the hawker stalls. The boss stopped a taxi for us.He was so kind (Thank you !). After 15 minutes beach and town view in taxi, we reached the resort.

The second day, we chose to enjoy the facilities in the resort, we rent a bicycle and start our journey around island. We stopped at the small beautiful jetty after 500m ride from the resort. The peaceful view from the jetty is a priceless thing i had form the island. There was only both of us at the jetty. The whole road to town is so peaceful and it's hardly to find a saloon car here, or a annoying motorbike. The roads are so steep for bicycle rider, so we only managed reach the second climax. It took around 30 minutes. We did not feel any tiredness because we could stop anywhere we like and rest. We watched the scenery of the island from the sea. At night, We walked by the sea and this time we found something new... BABY SQUID AND STARFISH! We played with them and finally watched them went back to their home.

Come to the last day ... After a wonderful breakfast at the resort, we went to the town to get something before heading back to Lumut. The hotel employees helped us to hire a taxi from the resort. The town is full of dried seafood shops. The Dried fish is the most famous thing in the island. There is also some dried seafood that we could not find from other place else for example: dried baby squid, dried stingray, dried cockle, dried baby oyster, and much more. 3 days past... finally our journey comes to the end . However, the sweet memories we had in the island will always fresh in our mind. Thank you Pangkor Island for giving us so much precious moments.

English speaking tips

Hye all my friends..today I want share this topic with you all. Today, many people can’t talk english nicely..so I have tips can I share.
a) Read short stories out loud and try to see, say and hear the words to reinforce your memory. Record yourself and play it back later, how does it sound?
b) Join an English club or conversation group. Around the world there are many English speaking clubs, these clubs aren't just for expats but for people interested in the English way of life.
c) Read as many English books, newspapers and magazines as you can find. We also recommend the English version of the monthly magazine READERS DIGEST. It has short stories and articles.
d) Talk to friends who are also learning English. Make a rule that perhaps for an hour, or when you go out together, you will only speak English to each other! Find native English-speaking people who will give you conversation practice.
e) Try singing along to English songs. With friends or in the privacy of your own bathroom


Other Tips
My most important piece of advice is: "Do something (anything). If you don't do anything, you won't get anywhere. Make it your hobby, not a chore, but above all have fun!"
Don't be in too much of a hurry. You're setting off on a long journey and there'll be delays and frustrations along the way. Sometimes you'll be in the fast lane and other times you'll be stuck in traffic, but there will also be lots of interesting things and interesting people along the way. Take your time to really enjoy the experience.
There are many ways to improve your level of English, but only you can find the right way for you. Here are a few tips that might help:-

Here are some goals you could set yourself:-
Join an English course (and attend regularly).
Do your homework.
Read a book a month.
Learn a new word every day.
Visit an English speaking forum every day.
Read a news article on the net every day.
Do 10 minutes listening practice every day.
Watch an English film at least once a month.
Follow a soap, comedy or radio or TV drama.

Why do we SHOUT ?

One day, a professor asked his students 'Why do we SHOUT instead of speak when we are ANGRY?'

All the students thought for a while. One answered 'Because we lost our cool. That's why we SHOUT.'

Asked the professor again, 'But the person is just right next to you, why can't we talk softly but have to SHOUT?'

Everyone gave their opinions but none was accepted by the professor.

Lastly explained by the professor 'When we are ANGRY, our hearts drift apart. To mask the DISTANCE we felt, we instinctively SHOUT instead of speak so the other party can hear us.'

'But as we SHOUT, we get ANGRIER. And we felt we drift apart further. So we SHOUT even louder...'

'It is the opposite when we are in love. Not only we don’t shout, we whisper into each other ears. Why?'

'This is because our hearts are very close, almost never apart. As our love deepen, we reach a state of communication where there is no need for words.'

'We understand each other well enough just by exchanging look,' concluded the professor.'

Therefore, when we are arguing, DO NOT speak words that will make our hearts drift apart. WAIT a few days. When you feel your hearts are no longer far apart, pick up the conversation and continue from there.'

THE SEVEN DANGEROUS

DON'T ACT THE 7 ACTIONS BELOW
AFTER YOU HAVE A MEAL

1) Don't smoke
Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher).

2) Don't eat fruits immediately
Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal.

3) Don't drink tea
Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest.

4) Don't loosen your belt
Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted & blocked.

5) Don't bathe
Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6) Don't walk about
People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7) Don't sleep immediatel
The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric & infection in our intestine.

Have person like to eat egg fresh and half cook. Have also like egg to braise or fried. What ever the choice kind of cooking that you like, egg is very nutritious and good for health especially to help give a strongest physical. It consists in protein, fat, vitamin A, B, D and minerals like iron, calcium, sulfur and water.For person that tired in work, habit to mix up a little of yellow egg inside drink with a little of honey can fresh body that not able and tiredness. Eggs also become a favorite to person that feel drawn the body and rheumatism. Women always used the egg for process of care about beauty. Yellow egg that mix up with night cream or vegetable oil can used as masker to overcome dry skin problem. Don’t look down to white egg. White egg can use for one of way to overcome oily skin problem. Mix up a little of white egg with tomato that grind crushed and sweep into face. It can become tense or strained the skin that look slacken and also reduce activity of oil gland in face skin.For care about beautiful hair, used yellow egg and mix up with vegetable oil. Sweep into hair and let for temporary before wash with clean water. Your hairs will more fertile, beauty and lightening.

Today, instant food very famous in our society and very easy to get it in everywhere.Many peoples especially children and teenagers take instant food as their menu daily.I think instant food not suitable for our body because not have good nutrition.Instant food like maggi,mamee,burger ,snack and so on can easy get illness such as cancer,stroke,heart attack and other illness if we always take instant food in our menu daily.Instant food not have carbohydrate,vitamins for our body and that’s why not suitable for we all.For makesure our body in healthy,we must stop from taking instant food,so that avoid from disease.So,we must stop take instant food and always exercise to get good life.

GlAmOrOuS NiGhT

Last weekend i attend an annual dinner that held by management of my college.
The location just inside UKM and it not like a five star hotel but for us
DECTAR first class in our heart. Actually the dinner divided into two night which are
senior night and junior night, and as a junior i attend junior night. The theme for
that night is 'BLACKROSE', and we need to wear clothes in black or red
color as a basic and pink also can in order to suit with the theme.
The function start around 8.30 till midnight, and our special guest is our TNC.
During function we are entertain by a group of performer that present
variety of performance, such as traditional dance from different races,
playing traditional instruments, beside that also have a singer sing a song
with beautiful voice. Part that i will never forget is the gimmicks at the beginning
before TNC launch the function. For me personally, it not just a dinner
but one activity that can make resident of this college become close
with each others. However even it just one night but it is
one of my sweet memories that i have in UKM. I will never
forget that moment, and we are
proud to be UKM student and KERIS MAS resident...

Nowadays, everybody willing to look beautiful especially for their face...
that why people especially women willing to try various product in order to protect their skin and make their face look better, don't care about money...
there some tips 'petua' on how to care a our skin especially face
1) Please don't use soap or facial cleanser that not suitable with your skin, make sure the product match with your skin type.
2) Make sure the container of the product safe to be used, make sure there no danger chemical that will affect your skin
3) Avoid to take junk food, if cannot try to make it less that usual
4) Take supplement for skin health, but it doesn't mean you can't eat balance daily food
5) Eat more vegetable and fruit because it contain more vitamin that really good for health such as vitamin A, C, B6, and mineral
6) Take better sleep at least 8 hours per day
7) Apply moisturiser and UV protector in order in daily activity to protect your skin

Instead doing many thing and spend more money in order to care our skin and look beautiful, the most important thing is you must have a high level diciplines, to apply it in daily life, without it you can't get whatever you want.....

what do you about the story
i get this short story from one of my friend that text me the massage...

at first i read the story i really can't understand what it all about.....

it quite confused right.....

but after read it for a second and third time....then i understand what does it mean.....

the story tell about 2 friend that are close and happy together.....

even one of the friend can't see the sea but he still do same thing that done by the friends...

it proof that they are trust each other and really need each other....

it must be a wonderful life if having this tyoe of friends right.....

lets recycle!!!



Recycle, the campaign about it announced widely since before. However, the feedback from people towards it looks worse. However, do you know that recycle can helps you in thrifty money and you time? Let start it with a small quantity and of course it begin from house first..


SEPARATE THE RUBBISH...
The most easiest thing to do is separate the rubbish. Set all the rubbish that we can recycle in a bin and the other rubbish into another bin. Next, you separate the goods that we can recycle with their categories. Make sure you clean them first before you send to the center of accumulation.

USE THE OLD THINGS...
If you always throw out the old things in your house, better you try use it again. Mineral water bottle for example, you can create it by making a vase. Your old newspaper as well, you can create it become a basket.

REDUCE...
You also can fewer or stop from buying something that wrap with non-recycle material like plastic bag. Beside that, you can try purchase by lump too because its not only you can minus the wrap usage, but at the same time you can save your money.
